1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and turbo6f ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the turbo6f platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the turbo6f platform following any amendment to the Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
2. Registration Eligibility
To register and use turbo6f services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling;
- Not currently be enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme with any gambling platform;
- Register only one account under your own identity.
turbo6f reserves the right at any time to request identity verification documents to confirm your eligibility. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.
3. Account Management
You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. turbo6f will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you fail to keep your login credentials confidential.
The following are user responsibilities relating to account management:
- Keep your password confidential and do not share your login details with anyone;
- Notify turbo6f immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation;
- Ensure that your personal information in the account is accurate and up to date;
- Do not transfer or sell your account to any third party;
- Do not open more than one account under the same name or identity.
Users are required to provide true, accurate and complete information during registration and to update that information whenever any changes occur. turbo6f will treat all information provided as valid and will act on that basis.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
turbo6f supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or the equivalent value for cryptocurrency.
The transaction limits applicable on this platform are as follows:
- Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction, for all payment methods;
- Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request;
- Withdrawal processing time: between 5 and 30 minutes after approval.
All withdrawal requests are subject to compliance checks, including identity verification and source of funds verification. turbo6f reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals if there are signs of suspicious activity or if the terms and conditions have not been fully met.
Deposited funds must be used for betting activity on the platform. turbo6f reserves the right to carry out additional checks before processing withdrawals for amounts exceeding certain limits, as a measure to prevent money laundering.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
turbo6f offers various promotions to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their respective specific terms, as well as the general terms set out below.
Welcome Bonus: turbo6f offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200 with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM3,200, the bonus is RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM4,700 with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.
General terms applicable to all bonuses:
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirements;
- Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, device, IP address, and residential address;
- turbo6f reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a bonus if fraud or a breach of terms is suspected;
- Unused bonuses will expire automatically after the specified period;
- Any attempt to exploit promotions through dishonest means will result in account termination.
The turbo6f VIP Programme consists of three tiers: Bronze with weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver with weekly cashback of up to 1.0%, and Gold with weekly cashback of up to 1.5%. Progression to a higher tier depends on your level of betting activity over time.
6. Game Rules
All games offered on the turbo6f platform are subject to their individual rules. Users are responsible for understanding the game rules before playing. turbo6f provides general information about each game, but game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Spribe are responsible for the final outcome of the games.
Any technical issues that occur during gameplay will be resolved based on the server records maintained by turbo6f. Server record decisions are considered final in all disputes related to game outcomes.
Winnings obtained as a result of software errors or technical malfunctions are not considered valid, and turbo6f reserves the right to void such winnings and restore the account balance to its original state before the error occurred.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the turbo6f platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to play or gain an unfair advantage;
- Colluding between two or more players to exploit bonuses or manipulate games;
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the platform;
- Using another person's account information or impersonating another person;
- Abusing the customer support system with false reports or threats;
- Spreading harmful, disruptive or offensive content in any communication channel on the platform;
- Any action that violates applicable laws.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
turbo6f collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Privacy Policy.
Your personal information is used for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, service communication, and compliance with legal requirements. turbo6f will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, turbo6f, its directors, employees, agents and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:
- The use of or inability to use the platform;
- Any gambling or betting decisions made by users;
- Technical interruptions, software failures or network issues beyond our control;
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence;
- Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the platform.
turbo6f makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance, system upgrades or other technical reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.
10. Account Termination
Voluntary closure: Users may close their account at any time by contacting turbo6f customer support via live chat or email. Any remaining balance in the account after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements may be withdrawn through the standard withdrawal procedure.
Closure by turbo6f: turbo6f reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without notice if:
- The user breaches any provision of these Terms;
- turbo6f suspects fraud, money laundering or illegal activity;
- Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading;
- The user fails to provide requested identity verification documents;
- Required by law or direction from the authorities.
11. Responsible Gambling

13. Governing Law
turbo6f operates under an international licence. These Terms are interpreted and governed by the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism set out by the relevant licensing body.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the turbo6f platform is lawful in the jurisdiction where they are located. turbo6f makes no representation that the services provided are suitable or lawful for use in all locations.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to reflect the original intention of the parties, while the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
